I am passionate about helping parents find time for themselves. As a mother of two young children, I know it’s hard to carve out personal time when life changes. Your focus often shifts to your kids, but taking some time for yourself can help you feel calmer and more focused.
Training in pre-natal or pregnancy massage was important to me so that I could safely support women at this special time in their lives. Offering a nurturing touch to reassure and help alleviate common tensions that can build as your body and baby grow.
The journey to parenthood is unique for everyone, from conceiving to pregnancy and recovery. Massage offers many benefits, providing balance to cope with the changes and challenges that life brings. When you take time for yourself, you can be more present with each other and enjoy parenthood together.

My own path to parenthood brought challenges of fertility with many cycles of IVF and an ectopic pregnancy until I was blessed with the joyous arrival of my son. Alongside the very clinical process I had to undergo, the addition of holistic therapies helped me find a greater sense of calm in what was often and overwhelming and stressful process. It’s my passion as a holistic therapist to be help you find a greater sense of balance in whatever stage you are in on your journey. From trying to conceive, to managing pregnancy changes, and finding time out as a parents to re-centre, I’m here to offer a calm reassuring, healing, hand.
